Requirements
1、包含但不限于计算机、信息工程、人工智能、自然语言处理、应用数学、统计学、物理学等专业的博士和优秀硕士； 2、熟练掌握大语言模型基本原理（Transformer架构、预训练、RLHF等），熟悉主流推理增强方法（MCTS、过程奖励模型、RLVR 等）； 3、熟悉PyTorch、Hugging Face Transformers等深度学习框架，具备大模型训练/微调的实践经验，掌握Python编程语言，具备较强的工程实现能力； 4、加分项：在NLP/推理/LLM相关领域发表过顶会论文（如NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL等）；有开源大模型或推理相关项目维护经验。
