数据开发工程师 Data Engineer

Responsibilities

- 设计和实施可靠的数据采集和整合流程，从多个数据源获取数据，包括金融市场数据、交易数据等； - 构建和优化数据仓库和数据湖，确保数据的准确性、完整性和一致性； - 开发和维护数据处理管道，包括数据清洗、转换和加载（ETL）流程； - 协助数据科学家和量化研究员进行数据分析和模型开发，提供所需的数据支持； - 优化数据库性能，解决数据存储和查询效率问题； - 监控数据系统的运行状况，及时处理数据异常和故障。 - Design and implement reliable data acquisition and integration processes to obtain data from multiple sources, including financial market data and trading data. - Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. - Develop and maintain data processing pipelines, including data cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Assist data scientists and quantitative researchers in data analysis and model development by providing necessary data support. - Optimize database performance and solve data storage and query efficiency issues. - Monitor the operation status of the data system and handle data exceptions and faults in a timely manner.

Requirements

- 计算机科学、统计学、数学或相关领域的本科及以上学历； - 具有 2 年以上数据工程相关工作经验，有金融行业经验者优先； - 熟练掌握 Python、SQL 等编程语言，熟悉数据处理和分析库； - 了解数据仓库和数据湖的设计和实施，如 Hive、Snowflake 等； - 有全球市场数据维护和开发经验者优先。 - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Have more than 2 years of working experience in data engineering, and experience in the financial industry is preferred. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL, and familiar with data processing and analysis libraries. - Understand the design and implementation of data warehouses and data lakes, such as Hive, Snowflake, etc. - Experience in global market data development is preferred.
