Requirements
不限于计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、软件工程、电子工程、统计学、应用数学、物理学/量子计算、信息安全、信号与信息处理等专业的博士和优秀硕士，在高水平AI顶会会议上发表过多篇论文； 2、了解SFT、RL、RAG、Agent、推理加速等至少一个方向，具备一定的大模型开发和微调经验； 3、较强的工程实现能力，熟悉Python/C++/Go 等至少一种编程语言。
