Responsibilities
围绕大模型持续学习、领域知识注入、模型自进化等方向，参与训练方法设计和算法实验；参与数据构建、训练实验和测评分析，支持模型能力迭代；跟进相关论文和开源工作，复现并改进有效方案。
Requirements
专业和年纪不限，有大模型训练经验；熟悉python，熟悉大模型训练框架，如ms-swift 、verl、slime等；熟悉训练后端，如Megatron 、FSDP、deepspeed等，以及推理引擎，如vLLM、SG Lang者优先；有持续学习、持续预训练、知识注入知识蒸馏等经验者优先；对研究有热情，工程能力强，能稳定实习3个月以上。
